Welcome to Dropsale.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of dropsale.io (the “Website”), the Dropsale platform, digital course, educational materials, member dashboard, and related products and services (collectively, the “Services”).

Dropsale is operated by Kiravox LLC, located at 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“Kiravox LLC,” “Dropsale,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing the Website, purchasing the Dropsale digital course, creating or accessing a course portal, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not purchase or use the Services.

1. Our Services

Dropsale provides digital educational content designed to teach users about starting, developing, and operating an online business and methods that may be used to generate revenue online.

The information, strategies, examples, resources, and educational materials provided through Dropsale are for educational and informational purposes only.

We do not operate a business on your behalf, guarantee the success of any business, or guarantee that you will generate income, revenue, sales, profits, or any particular result from using our Services.

2. Digital Course

The Dropsale course is a digital product.

After a successful purchase, customers may receive access to a private dashboard or course portal using login credentials associated with their account.

Access is provided electronically. No physical product is shipped.

You are responsible for providing accurate information necessary to establish and maintain access to your course portal.

3. One-Time Purchase

Unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase, Dropsale is sold through a one-time payment.

Purchasing the course does not automatically enroll you in a recurring subscription.

The price and any applicable taxes or fees will be displayed during the applicable purchase process.

4. Payments

Payments may be processed by a third-party payment processor.

We may introduce, replace, or change payment processors from time to time. Your payment may therefore also be subject to the terms and privacy practices of the payment provider processing your transaction.

You agree to provide accurate and authorized payment information when making a purchase.

5. Digital Access

Course access is intended solely for the customer who purchased the course.

Your login credentials are personal to you. You may not sell, transfer, sublicense, publish, distribute, or share your account or login credentials with another person.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login information.

If we reasonably believe that an account is being shared, resold, compromised, used fraudulently, or used in violation of these Terms, we may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the Services, our intellectual property, or other users.

6. Personal-Use License

Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right to access and use the purchased Dropsale course materials for your own personal educational purposes, subject to these Terms.

Purchasing the course does not transfer ownership of the course, Website, videos, lessons, graphics, templates, written materials, branding, systems, or other intellectual property to you.

Unless we provide express written permission, you may not:

  • Copy or reproduce course materials;
  • Share course materials with other people;
  • Share your account or login credentials;
  • Upload course materials to another website, platform, cloud drive, social network, or file-sharing service for distribution;
  • Sell or resell the course;
  • Redistribute or sublicense course content;
  • Republish substantial portions of our materials;
  • Record, duplicate, or commercially exploit course materials;
  • Claim Dropsale materials as your own; or
  • Use our materials to create or distribute a substantially copied competing product.

7. Intellectual Property

The Website and Dropsale course, including applicable text, videos, graphics, designs, branding, logos, course structures, downloadable resources, and original educational materials, are owned by or licensed to Kiravox LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

No rights are granted to you except the limited personal-use rights expressly provided under these Terms.

8. Educational Purposes

Dropsale provides educational information concerning online businesses and potential methods of generating revenue online.

Nothing provided through Dropsale constitutes financial, investment, legal, accounting, tax, or other regulated professional advice.

You are responsible for evaluating information independently and obtaining appropriate professional advice where necessary.

9. No Earnings or Results Guarantee

Kiravox LLC does not guarantee that purchasing, accessing, or implementing information from Dropsale will result in income, sales, profits, business growth, financial success, or any other particular outcome.

Starting and operating a business involves risk.

Your results may depend on numerous factors outside our control, including your experience, skills, effort, decisions, market conditions, competition, available capital, advertising performance, product selection, pricing, execution, and other circumstances.

You may earn more or less than examples discussed in our materials, and you may earn nothing. You may also lose money when starting or operating a business.

10. Examples and Testimonials

Any revenue figures, sales figures, business examples, screenshots, testimonials, case studies, or success stories that may appear on our Website, advertising, social media, or course materials are provided for illustrative or informational purposes.

They should not be interpreted as promises, guarantees, or representations that you will achieve the same or similar results.

Individual results vary.

11. Customer Responsibility

You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on information provided through Dropsale.

You are also responsible for complying with laws, regulations, taxes, licenses, permits, advertising requirements, platform rules, consumer-protection requirements, and other obligations applicable to your own business and location.

12. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of the Dropsale course and the provision of access to digital educational materials, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or cancellations after purchase, except where a refund or cancellation is required by applicable law.

Additional information is available in our Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or restrict a consumer right that cannot legally be waived or restricted.

13. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Website, course portal, or Services.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the operation or security of the Website, distribute malicious software, engage in fraudulent activity, impersonate another person, circumvent access controls, or use our Services in violation of applicable law.

14. Third-Party Services

Dropsale may reference, integrate with, or link to third-party websites, platforms, tools, social networks, payment providers, or services.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, policies, security, pricing, actions, or performance.

Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

15. Availability and Modifications

We may update, modify, replace, improve, or discontinue portions of the Website, course platform, or course materials from time to time.

We do not guarantee that every feature or part of the Services will remain available indefinitely or operate without interruption or errors.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kiravox LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Dropsale or reliance on its educational content.

This includes, where permitted by law, losses relating to profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, advertising expenses, or business decisions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

17. No Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Website, course, and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not warrant that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every user’s particular business goals.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws in a customer’s jurisdiction apply notwithstanding this provision.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, business practices, or applicable requirements.

The updated version will be posted on the Website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
